I'm a solution architect who turned founder after watching family members get crushed by errors on hospital bills and percentage-fee “help” services that took half the win. I build the tools I wish my parents had.

Why flat-fee?
The dominant medical-bill help services charge 15–30% of any reduction they negotiate. On a $5,000 win that's $750–$1,500. The work is mostly the same regardless of the size of the bill, so the economics of a flat fee make more sense for the patient. We charge a single $29 to draft a federal-rule-cited dispute letter and an escalation appendix. You keep 100% of any reduction you secure. If our letter doesn't produce a usable outcome within 30 days, we refund the fee.
